RB Moses Ghiorso, Central Valley Hawks

The 5-foot-10, 160-pound senior was an offensive machine, rushing for 1,515 images-2yards and averaging 11 yards every time he took a handoff; catching 27 balls for 411 yards; averaging 23 yards on punt returns; and scoring 25 touchdowns. He finished with 2,639 all-purpose yards this season, and had 4,989 yards and 48 TDs in his career.

His signature game was a 42-21 upset of Los Banos, when he needed just 10 carries to pile up 224 yards — that’s 22.4 yards per carry — and score 4 TDs. Ghiorso had TDs this season of 78, 84, 87, 90 and 93 yards. He was the Western Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year after leading the Hawks to the Sac-Joaquin Section Division 3 playoffs.
