2015 Starbucks/Black Hat Football Team: St. Mary’s LB Mike Relloque

LB Mike Relloque, St. Mary’s Rams

The 6-foot, 215-pound senior was the Tri-City Athletic League’s top linebacker and led the Rams to the Sac-Joaquin Section Division 1 semifinals – playing a  critical role with a team-high 141 tackles and 5.5 sacks. He also knocked down four passes – and every coach loves a linebacker who can do that.

Relloque had a three-game run — vs. Tracy, Tokay and Lodi — where he had 39 tackles, with three for losses. Those were crucial wins for St. Mary’s positioning them for the TCAL title and a deep playoff run.
