Prime Shine Car Wash Player of the Game: Devan Bass rallies Pitman past Downey to open season

Filed in Uncategorized by on August 27, 2016

Pitman High rallied past Downey 33-22 in Friday night’s Grower Direct Game of the Week and is our Prime Shine Car Wash MVP – earning a free car wash. Bass returned a punt 61 yards for a TD and ran for another, and also intercepted a pass.

Meanwhile, teammate Anthony Encalade returned from a one-year hiatus – he was AK Buhach Colony vs Pitman Boys Baseball 1focusing on baseball – and had 2 long TD runs. We couldn’t overlook that performance, so we handed off a $15 Yogurt Mill card to Anthony.

The Hat had a great time talking to both on the Greori High field following the game.

Each week, the Prime Shine Car Wash MVP will receive a free car wash.
